Through targeted training, workforce development programs, and access to educational resources, we empower individuals to gain the skills and qualifications needed to become competitive job candidates. Our goal is to support families in achieving long-term economic stability and self-sufficiency by ensuring they are prepared to meet the demands of today’s labor market.
Advocacy & Community Engagement

CCI advocates for equity and inclusion by building strong relationships with community partners and policymakers. We host initiatives that educate, empower, and amplify Chin voices in public spaces. Our programs—such as the Senior Gathering and ESL/Citizenship Classes—foster leadership, engagement, and belonging across Indiana.
ESL & Citizenship Classes
Adult Education: Providing English and Civic classes to empower community members with the skills needed for self-sufficiency and become civically engaged citizens.
ESL Classes
Wednesday*, Thursday and Evening 5:00pm – 7:00pm
*Wednesdays’ classes are specifically for contextualized job readiness English learning.
ESL classes will no longer be held on Fridays for the rest of the year. Thank you for your understanding!

Monday and Tuesday morning = 10:00am – 12:00pm
